The new Bergisel Ski-Jump Tower The new ski-jump at the historic Bergisel mountain rises majestically into the air towering over the Olympic city of Innsbruck. In order to enjoy a 360 degree panoramic view you can either climb the 255 steps or take a short elevator ride to the top of the tower. Mythos Bergisel - Kaiserjaegermuseum About 200 years ago the freedom loving Tyroleans successfully fought for their cause under their inspirational leader, Andres Hofer. Today, the heroes of this popular modern high-performance sport venture into the heavens above the ski jump and soar 130 metres into the depths far below.
