It's hard not to catch some of the enthusiasm imparted by eager staff members at this specialized little museum, hidden on the 8th, 9th, and 10th floors of an office building in Liberdade. Using wall after wall of photographs, looping videos, and artifacts, the Japanese Immigration Museum tells the history of the Japanese community in São Paulo, from the first arrivals in 1898 to the increasing integration of today. Allow 1 hour.
